Laser marking machine selection across three catalog groups

Bring the proposed mark to the laser marking machine comparison: the actual text or graphic, its size and the part it belongs on. The directory offers three starting groups. CO2 contains VIM-CD, VIM-CF, VIM-CP and VIM-CS. Fiber contains VIM-FD, VIM-FE, VIM-FF, VIM-FH, VIM-FP and VIM-FS. VIM-MD is listed under MOPA.

That is eleven series, with different amounts of published technical detail. Use the category to find the equipment you want to discuss, then keep the application question attached to a named series. A category label identifies the group; it does not supply the result of marking your particular material. The appearance and position of the requested mark need to be described in their own right.

Start with the artwork, its position and the workpiece

The marking brief begins with the artwork at its intended size. Show its position on a drawing of the part, including nearby features. Name the material and surface treatment, and add a photograph or second view where the part shape is difficult to understand. A useful brief lets someone see both the mark and the workpiece that carries it.

Identify which information stays fixed and which changes between parts. Explain how changing text or codes would be supplied and how the finished mark will be assessed. If sample parts are available, describe the material and condition they represent. These are practical questions for an application review, including any data-handling requirement that needs to be addressed with the proposed equipment.

Read each model against its own published fields

Consider the VIM-CD model row. VIM30CD, VIM40CD, VIM60CD, VIM100CD and VIM150CD have respective power entries of 30W, 40W, 60W, 100W and 150W. The listed wavelength is 10.6 μm. The model columns make the power relationship explicit without requiring a buyer to infer it from the name alone.

VIM-FD uses six columns instead: VIM20FD, VIM30FD, VIM50FD, VIM60FD, VIM70FD and VIM100FD, with 20W through 100W in that sequence. Its generator alternatives are Raycus and IPG. BMP, JPG, AI and DXF appear among its supported graphic formats. If VIM-FD is on the shortlist, keep the intended file format and proposed generator with that family’s specification.

Laser marking machine supplier: fill the gaps in the shortlist

VIM-FE and VIM-MD are listed in the directory, but these pages do not provide a complete model-by-model table for either series. Use the series name in your inquiry and ask for its technical description. That keeps the requested information tied to the equipment under consideration.

A request to the laser marking machine supplier can use the same short set of headings for every candidate: proposed model, source, marking arrangement, requested accessories and open application questions. Populate the fields from the response for that series. Leave a missing answer visible so it can be followed up; figures from a neighboring product page cannot complete a different machine’s specification.

Laser marking machine manufacturer: specify the scope of the offer

Victory Industry is a laser equipment manufacturer based in Jinan, Shandong, China. The Jinan headquarters is its center of research and development, manufacturing and customer support. Contact the team with the named series and the marking brief so the company discussion has a specific equipment reference.

For the laser marking machine manufacturer, distinguish the machine from additional items you are requesting. A fixture, accessory or connection to other equipment should be named in the scope and answered individually. State the installation location and operating arrangement as well. Requested installation assistance and training can then be discussed alongside the equipment, with their scope visible in the offer.

China laser marking machine inquiries: keep the sample with the specification

For a China laser marking machine quotation, attach the current artwork and shortlist to the request. Record the file revision, mark dimensions and required appearance. Add the material, mark position, preferred series, destination and purchasing schedule. Mark a fixed requirement differently from a preference so the response can address both.

Retain the artwork with the offer when you compare the reply. Check the proposed configuration and the answers about accessories, then list any application question still open. If the part geometry or text changes, replace the old artwork reference in the request. This leaves the next discussion attached to the current job, including the appearance and location of the mark the buyer actually needs.

Purchasing questions

Does the source category prove suitability for my material?

The fiber, CO2 and MOPA categories identify catalog groups. Supply the material, surface treatment, mark and required appearance for a review of the particular application.

How should I inquire about VIM-FE or VIM-MD without a complete table?

Use the exact series name and request its technical description with your workpiece and marking requirements. Do not substitute figures from another series.

Which file information belongs in the inquiry?

Send the actual graphic or text at its intended dimensions, name the file format and revision, and locate the mark on the workpiece drawing. Identify any text or code that changes from part to part.

Are fixtures and additional accessories automatically included?

List the items you need as requested parts of the supply. Their inclusion and configuration should be stated in the quotation for the proposed machine.
