VIM-CF Laser Marking Machine

VIM-CF is a flying CO2 laser marking machine series designed for marking moving material or workpieces. The published model range consists of VIM30CF, VIM40CF, VIM60CF, VIM100CF and VIM150CF, with respective powers of 30W, 40W, 60W, 100W and 150W. All five list a wavelength of 10.6 μm.

The moving-workpiece arrangement distinguishes this series from a stationary desktop setup. Its equipment description includes a CO2 tube, air cooling, galvo scanner, field lens, visible red dot positioning and a control system. For a line application, the marking task and the way the product moves past the marking position must be considered together.

VIM30CF and VIM40CF configuration

Flying design describes marking while the material is moving. It does not supply a line-speed figure or identify a conveyor as part of the package. The practical starting point is a sketch of the existing or proposed line showing the marking location, movement direction and access available around the product.

VIM30CF and VIM40CF provide the 30W and 40W entries. The three higher entries reach 150W, but their power values do not determine the time needed for a particular graphic. Keep the full mark, its dimensions and the desired production conditions together when comparing configurations across the range.

The control system is described as supporting parameter settings, adjustment and real-time monitoring. The optical configuration includes the galvo scanner and field lens, with a red dot pointer as a visible positioning aid. Review how those components will be arranged at the intended marking position rather than assuming that the line layout is already defined.

VIM-CF CO2 laser marking machine applications

Wood, acrylic and glass are named in the CO2 tube configuration's marking and engraving scope. Identify the actual material and surface finish in the application information. A moving line may present the same mark on successive items or different content between jobs; explain the required pattern of work without assuming a particular data interface is supplied.

Show the spacing and orientation of the items as they pass the proposed marking point. Include the surface to be marked, the location of the graphic and the required appearance. The line review should establish how the workpiece is presented and supported; the flying design alone does not confirm compatibility with any arbitrary handling system.

VIM-CF controls and setup

The five power choices and common wavelength describe the basic laser selection. The proposed field, optical arrangement and control details still need to be written into the equipment schedule. When comparing offers, keep the same artwork and line information attached so differences in the proposed configurations can be assessed against a consistent task.

Air cooling is listed, together with an interlock that stops operation when a safety door or panel opens. Installation planning should therefore cover access, the actual protective arrangement and the instructions for the offered equipment. These described components do not by themselves establish a safety certification for the completed line.

Separate existing line equipment from items requested with the marker. State whether the line is already installed, which dimensions are fixed, and where controls must be accessed. Ask for the supplied equipment boundary to be clear. This turns a general flying-marking enquiry into a defined integration discussion without presuming that conveyors or other handling accessories are included.

Product questions

What does flying design mean for VIM-CF?

The source describes marking moving material or workpieces. It does not state a guaranteed line speed or establish that a conveyor and the surrounding handling system are included.

Which powers do VIM30CF and VIM40CF provide?

VIM30CF is listed at 30W and VIM40CF at 40W. Both share the series wavelength of 10.6 μm, with 60W, 100W and 150W entries also available.

Which material applications are described?

The CO2 tube configuration names wood, acrylic and glass for marking and engraving. Provide the actual surface and required mark for a task-specific discussion; the scope is not a universal result guarantee.

Does this page specify the marking field or software?

No field dimensions or software brand are assigned here. Those details should be established for the proposed equipment together with its optical arrangement and intended line setup.

What line information is useful for an enquiry?

Send a layout showing movement direction, item spacing, marking position and available access. Include artwork dimensions, substrate information and a clear distinction between existing handling equipment and requested supplied items.
