Sheet Laser Cutting Machine

VIH Laser Cutting Machine

VIH is a sheet and fiber laser cutting machine series spanning six Cutting Area entries. The family starts with VIH3015 at 3000*1500mm and VIH4020 at 4000*2000mm. It continues with VIH6020 at 6000*2000mm, VIH6025 at 6000*2500mm, VIH8025 at 8000*2500mm and VIH12025 at 12000*2500mm. Every model column lists 20000-50000W under Laser Power.

Area and power are separate choices. A buyer asking about VIH6025 has identified a 6000*2500mm area entry, but has not yet selected one power within the shared range. The proposal needs to resolve both.

VIH3015 and VIH4020 specifications

The area comparisons work in two directions. VIH6020 and VIH6025 retain the 6000mm first dimension while changing the second from 2000mm to 2500mm. VIH8025 and VIH12025 retain 2500mm as the second dimension while changing the first from 8000mm to 12000mm. Read the complete pair against the intended sheet format. These values identify Cutting Area; they are not installation dimensions.

Max. Acceleration does not rise or fall consistently with area. VIH3015, VIH4020, VIH6020 and VIH12025 list 1.8G. VIH6025 and VIH8025 list 1.7G. The shared motion entries are 160m/min Max. Linkage Speed and 330mm Z Axis Travel. This gives a precise equipment comparison without treating linkage speed as the cutting rate of a particular job.

Two accuracy rows complete the published motion-related details: Positioning Accuracy at 0.05mm and Repositioning Accuracy at 0.03mm. They retain their original labels in the specification. Finished-part dimensions and acceptance requirements need to be discussed with the part drawing, rather than inferred as a universal guarantee from either row.

VIH sheet laser cutting machine planning

For a VIH inquiry, provide the incoming sheet description and the finished-part drawing together. The description identifies the material grade, thickness and sheet dimensions. The drawing identifies the features you want reviewed. Add its revision so the discussion refers to the current geometry.

Where the purchase includes different sheet formats, attach a part list. Give each drawing its own quantity and identify regular work separately from occasional jobs. That describes the workload you want considered; it is not a record of applications already tested on VIH.

The stock route also deserves a place in the discussion. A layout can show the proposed machine position, the approach for incoming sheets and removal of finished parts. Mark nearby equipment and distinguish the handling equipment already present from any additional supply requested.

VIH configuration and quotation details

VIH offers shared optical alternatives across the six models. Raytools, WSX, BOCI and Osprey are listed under Laser Head, and Raycus, MAX and IPG under Laser Generator. A full model name therefore does not identify a fixed head and generator combination. Record the actual optical selections alongside the power proposed for the machine.

The control and drive fields answer different questions. Control System lists CypCut and Weihong; Servo Motor And Driver lists Fuji, Delta and Yaskawa. Guide Rails specifies Taiwan Linear Rails, with Japan Shinbo and France Mortori under Reducer. Placing preferences under these separate headings makes it easier to compare the components selected in two offers.

Use the itemized offer to establish what will be supplied. A photograph cannot define accessories, handling equipment or required clearances. The site layout explains the surrounding arrangement, while the model and component list identify the equipment under discussion. Keeping those records together avoids asking a Cutting Area figure to describe the whole installation.

Product questions

How do VIH3015 and VIH4020 compare?

VIH3015 has a 3000*1500mm Cutting Area and VIH4020 has 4000*2000mm. Both list 1.8G Max. Acceleration and share the series power range of 20000-50000W.

Do all VIH models list the same acceleration?

No. VIH6025 and VIH8025 list 1.7G. VIH3015, VIH4020, VIH6020 and VIH12025 list 1.8G. Keep the value attached to its model.

What is the listed area for VIH12025?

Its Cutting Area is 12000*2500mm. This field is not a complete machine footprint or the total space needed for an installation and its material handling.

Does the power range identify a tested cutting thickness?

No material-thickness result is established by that row. Send the material grade, thickness and part drawing for an application discussion against the proposed configuration.

Which configuration details should appear in the quote?

Identify the full model, selected power, laser head and generator, control system, motor and driver. List requested accessories and handling supply separately so the offer has a clear scope.
