What distinguishes VIB3015 from VIB4015?
VIB3015 lists a 3000*1500mm Cutting Area and 1.4G Max. Acceleration. VIB4015 lists 4000*1500mm and 1.3G. Both share the same listed power range.

Sheet Laser Cutting Machine
VIB is a sheet and fiber laser cutting machine series with five models and a shared power range of 1500-20000W. VIB3015 has a 3000*1500mm Cutting Area; VIB4015 has 4000*1500mm. The remaining area choices are VIB4020 at 4000*2000mm, VIB6015 at 6000*1500mm and VIB6025 at 6000*2500mm.
That makes the area comparison fairly specific. VIB4015 and VIB4020 have the same first dimension, with a different second dimension. The same is true of VIB6015 and VIB6025. Put the incoming sheet size beside the full entry rather than selecting from a shortened format name.
Choose an individual model below to view its complete technical specification. The series overview shows selected parameters for comparison.
VIB3015 differs from the other columns in Max. Acceleration as well as area. Its entry is 1.4G; VIB4015, VIB4020, VIB6015 and VIB6025 list 1.3G. These are motion values, not part-production rates. A Max. Linkage Speed figure is not supplied in this table.
Z Axis Travel is shared at 300mm. Positioning Accuracy is 0.05mm and Repositioning Accuracy is 0.03mm. Retain both names when specifying the equipment, because removing the labels removes the distinction between the two entries. The drawing should still state the dimensions required in the finished part.
A VIB inquiry needs a description of the incoming stock and the finished work. Give the sheet format, material grade and thickness, then attach the current part drawing. Include its revision. That combination explains the work you want reviewed more precisely than a material name accompanied only by a preferred power.
If the purchase covers several parts, place the quantities against their drawing references. Distinguish regular work from occasional jobs, and preserve differences in stock size or thickness. This part list is a statement of requirements for discussion, not a claim that the listed work has already been tested on the machine.
The shared power range leaves a selection to make. A quote for VIB4020, for instance, needs its proposed power as well as the 4000*2000mm area identity. It also needs the optical components: Laser Head lists Raytools, WSX, BOCI and Osprey, while Laser Generator lists Raycus, MAX and IPG. These are alternatives, rather than one fixed combination selected by the model name.
CypCut and Weihong are the listed control systems. Fuji, Delta and Yaskawa belong to Servo Motor And Driver. Keep those fields separate in the request. A control-system preference doesn't identify the drive components being offered.
The mechanical component entries name Taiwan Linear Rails and Japan Shinbo or France Mortori reducers. With each preference recorded under the right component, two proposals can be compared by actual selection rather than by an undifferentiated list of brand names.
The layout answers the site questions. Show the approach for sheets, intended machine position and route for finished parts. Mark existing handling equipment separately from additions requested in the quotation. Cutting Area identifies one model field; it does not describe the complete footprint or the surrounding installation.
VIB3015 lists a 3000*1500mm Cutting Area and 1.4G Max. Acceleration. VIB4015 lists 4000*1500mm and 1.3G. Both share the same listed power range.
That entry belongs to VIB4020. VIB4015 retains 1500mm as the second dimension, so the two model names should remain distinct in a quotation.
The Laser Power row states 1500-20000W for every model column. It is a range; the selected power for a particular offer needs to be named.
The source identifies it as Positioning Accuracy. It does not establish a finished-part tolerance for an unspecified material, geometry or cutting condition.
Include the intended model if known, part drawings, materials, thicknesses, sheet dimensions and quantities. Identify preferred components and any additional handling supply separately from the core machine request.
